Credit Service
We offer a Subscription
Service and a Credit Service. The options below detail how to add credits to
our Credit Service.
With our Credit Service, you buy credits and these credits enter your HRT account
with us. Once you have enough credits in your HRT account, you may draw down on
these credits as you view racing pages, Everyday Tips, Super Tips, Premium
Tips, Bet Manager and SMS. Racing pages vary in price from 10 cents
to $5.00, but most are less than $1.00 to view. Special Tips range from $2.75 to
$5.50 per tip. Even if you are a paying Subscriber
you will need credits to access most of the Special Tips (except Super Tips and
Free Tips), SMS service and Bet Manager.
There are no setup fees for the Credit Service however a minimum $25 deposit is
required. A once-off setup fee of $19.95 applies to the Subscription
Service.

OPTION
1 - INSTANT CREDITS
Make a
deposit for credits via the third party merchant 2Checkout. 2Checkout is based in
the USA. Transactions are in Australian Dollars. This is an automated
process and your credits will be deposited straight away into your HRT account, you should be able to access
racing pages and Tips straight away. If a
successful transaction fails to deposit, we will give you a 10% bonus
for any delay (when we manually process). There is no additional fees
with 2Checkout. We recommend that you try this process first and if you
have problems with your browser, credit card etc, to try the second
option below. The Option 1 method goes through our partner website Form Guide
Online.
OPTION 2 - MANUAL
PROCESS CREDITS
Make a
deposit for credits via the third party merchant Paymate. Paymate is like Paypal, but is based in
Australia not the USA. Transactions are in Australian Dollars. This is a
manual payment process and may take up to 24 hours to complete (in most
cases by close of business). A small Paymate transaction fee will
apply.
How to purchase under Credit Service
To purchase Form
Guide services, simply locate the spectacles symbol (
)
and observe the price, if you agree to paying this price, click on the spectacles
and the Form Guide page will display and
the price will be deducted from your credits in your HRT account (refer above). Prices range from 10 cents to
$5.00 to view individual racing pages and its relating form summaries and tips
(Top 6 in order). If you are under the Subscription
Service, the
spectacles will not display and all Form Guide information will be displayed
automatically free of charge.
The same approach
applies to the three tipping services, Premium, Everyday and Super Tips.
Simply locate the spectacles symbol ()
and observe the price, if you agree to paying this price, click on the spectacles
and the tips for the day are displayed. The price will be deducted from your
credits in your HRT account with us (refer above). If you are under the Subscription
Service, the spectacles will not display for the Super Tips and
these tips will be listed without charge. However, even as a Subscriber, a cost applies for
Everyday Tips and Premium Tips and you will need credits in your HRT account to
access.
You must have adequate credits for any purchase to be successful via
the spectacles symbol.
Your balance and purchases are recorded in your
Account log for checking purposes.
